We are urgently seeking to recruit **20 experienced and reliable Bike Riders** to join our team. Candidates who are ready for immediate joining will be given priority.

### 💼 Compensation Packages:

### ✅ Package 1 – Commission Based

* **0.800 fils per delivery**
* Company provides:

* Vehicle
* Fuel
* Maintenance
* All operational requirements
* Accommodation is **not provided**

### ✅ Package 2 – Higher Commission

* **0.900 fils per delivery**
* Company provides:

* Vehicle
* Rider is responsible for:

* Fuel
* Maintenance
* All operational expenses

### ✅ Package 3 – Fixed Salary

* **KD 250 Basic Salary**
* **KD 20 Monthly Performance Bonus**
