### **Job Requirements:**

* Minimum **3+ years of experience** in IT Support
* Bachelor’s Degree in **Computer Science** or related field (Mandatory)
* Strong knowledge of:

* Microsoft Office 365
* Desktop Support & Troubleshooting
* Networking fundamentals
* Remote Assistance & Remote Support Tools
* **Autodesk products (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.) installation & troubleshooting**
* IT Documentation
* IT Asset Inventory Management
* Good command of **English** (Written & Spoken)
* **Arabic speaking** is an added advantage
* **Valid Kuwait Driving License** is an added advantage
* Flexible to work **24x7 (when required)**
* Preferably Indian candidates

### **Responsibilities:**

* Provide onsite and remote IT support
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot Autodesk applications
* Manage Office 365 accounts and services
* Maintain IT documentation and IT asset inventory
* Support networking and infrastructure-related issues
