Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with end-to-end travel planning including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation.
Offer expert advice on destinations, travel requirements, and itineraries.
Handle bookings, cancellations, and amendments with accuracy and efficiency.
Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and promotional offers.
Maintain excellent customer service to build client loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements:
1–3 years of hands-on experience in the travel and tourism industry.
Strong knowledge of booking platforms, GDS, and international travel regulations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Local candidates in Kuwait only will be considered.
