Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for our Air Conditioning business. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales performance in the Kuwait market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to grow AC sales
Identify new projects, clients, and market opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate with technical, sales, and operations teams
Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development or sales within the AC/HVAC industry
Strong knowledge of the Kuwait construction and HVAC market
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Valid Kuwait driving license preferred
