🎯 Job Purpose:
Manage the full recruitment cycle to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates and support organizational growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to selection)
• Coordinate with hiring managers on manpower needs
• Prepare & post job advertisements
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
• Arrange and coordinate interviews
• Prepare job offers & support onboarding
• Maintain recruitment trackers & reports
• Participate in job fairs & employer branding
• Ensure compliance with company policies & labor laws
• Deliver a positive candidate experience

✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
• 2–3 years recruitment experience
• Strong sourcing & interviewing skills
• Excellent communication & time management
• Familiar with ATS & recruitment tools
• Bilingual: Arabic & English
• Arab nationality
