EPG is seeking an experienced Head of Teaching & Learning Development (English) to provide strategic leadership across our Early Years network. This senior role leads EYFS-aligned curriculum development, instructional coaching, quality assurance, and professional learning—working closely with Pastoral Care and Arabic curriculum leaders to deliver high-quality bilingual education.
Key Requirements:
✔ Master’s in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
✔ Minimum 8 years Early Years teaching experience
✔ At least 5 years in educational leadership, curriculum, or instructional coaching
✔ Deep expertise in EYFS and English curriculum development
