We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and motivated, supporting daily accounting operations and ensuring accuracy in financial records.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Posting and processing journal entries accurately
- Updating accounts receivable and issuing invoices
- Managing accounts payable and performing reconciliations
- Assisting with reviewing expenses, payroll records, and other assigned tasks
- Maintaining and updating financial data in databases for immediate accuracy and availability
- Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly financial reports
- Updating financial records using accounting software
- Supporting senior accountants in monthly and yearly closings
- Organizing and maintaining finance department files

Requirements for this position are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
