Position: Plastic Engineer
Location: West Shuaiba, Mina Abdullah, Kuwait

🔹 About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Plastic Engineer to join our Operations team. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day operation of Plastic Plant to support filling plant in a fast paced consumer goods company.

🔍 Key Responsibilities
Ø Improve Plastic productivity and Process
Ø Repair and maintenance of Injection and Blow molding machine
Ø Repair and maintenance of molds
Ø Identification of right polymer/material for various applications
Ø Set up and optimize machine parameters for best output


Ø Develop and design new molds and parts for both hot and cold runner molds


Ø Analysis of machine and production data and suggesting improvements
Ø Training of Machine Operators
Ø Wastage reduction in Plastic manufacturing process
Ø Day to day manpower management of Plastic Plant to support filling operation

🎓 Qualifications
o Mechanical Engineer or College Degree in Plastic/Polymer technology
o Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience

v Knowledge of Polymers and Plastic materials
v Familiar Injection molding and blow molding technology and Machinery
v Proficient with CAD software
v Cost Analysis
