Front Desk Agent

Requirements:
• Previous experience in hotel front office operations
• Familiarity with Opera Property Management System (PMS) is an advantage


• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluency in Russian language is mandatory
• Strong command of English
