Hello Viewers, A leading F&B company is looking for In-Store Sales associate & Cashier to join our team immediately

Must Have:
Minimum 2 years experience in F&B (hyper market, convinience store, mini market etc.)
Valid Transferable Redisency 18.
Can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and offer assistance.
Identify customer needs and upsell/cross-sell relevant items to increase average transaction value.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive, "solutions-oriented" attitude. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process cash, credit, and digital payments. Ensure all prices and quantities are scanned accurately.
Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
Perform daily cash reconciliation and ensure the cash drawer balances at the end of each shift. Assist in receiving shipments, unpacking merchandise, and tagging items.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and checkout area. Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is low.
