A major real estate company announces its need to appoint:
First: Real Estate Management Officer
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.
• Proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
• Experience in property management software.
• Practical experience in:
• Rent Collection and Leasing
• Lease Management
• Tenant Follow-up
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance work
• Ability to prepare periodic reports.
• High organizational skills and good communication.
• Driver's license and car are required.
Second: Accountant
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an accountant.
• Previous experience in real estate companies is required.
• Proficiency in the use of accounting software.
• Experience in:
• Follow-up of dues and collection
• Financial reporting
• Daily entries and bank reconciliations
• Proficiency in working on Excel.
• Precision and withstand working pressure.
Third: Secretary
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a secretary.
• Previous experience in a real estate company is required.
• Proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office programs.
• Work tasks include:
• Organize appointments and files
• Follow-up of correspondence and contracts
• Coordination between management and customers
• Reporting and correspondence
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Good looking and tactful.
