🌟 Job Opportunity | Career Guidance Counselor & University Advisor – EPG Schools (Kuwait)

EPG Schools are looking for an experienced Career Guidance Counselor & University Advisor to join our Secondary team and support students in Grades 7–13 as they plan their academic futures and university pathways.

📌 What you’ll do:
• Provide expert academic and career guidance aligned with the British curriculum (IGCSE, GCSE, A-Levels)
• Lead individual and group counseling on subject choices, career interests and higher-education options
• Support students with university applications (e.g., UCAS, US, EU, GCC systems) and related documentation
• Conduct workshops on career planning, personal statements, study skills and global opportunities
• Organise career events, awareness sessions and parent engagement activities
• Collaborate with teachers, leaders and external partners to enhance student pathways and outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and communicate progress professionally with stakeholders

🎓 What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Strong knowledge of the British curriculum (IGCSE/GCSE/A-Level)
• Experience with international university admissions and career guidance
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to nurturing student potential and wellbeing
