Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 9+ years of professional civil engineering experience
• Strong experience in civil construction works, including earthworks, infrastructure, and site development
• Experience in Oil & Gas projects is preferred
• Ability to supervise and coordinate site activities in line with project specifications and quality standards
• Strong coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams
• Ability to work independently in a site-based, project-driven environment
