We are seeking an experienced Fleet Supervisor to manage daily fleet operations, ensure vehicle readiness, and supervise driver performance in a fast-paced delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily fleet operations and vehicle availability
Monitor driver performance, safety, and compliance
Coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, and renewals
Optimize fleet usage to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Handle driver concerns, scheduling, and performance reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Requirements:
Experience in fleet management or a similar role
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet tracking systems
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
