Procurement Officer – HVAC Company | Kuwait

We are hiring a proactive and organized Procurement Officer to manage procurement operations, inventory coordination, supplier sourcing, and operational support within our HVAC company based in Maliya, Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials
Request quotations and perform price comparisons to ensure cost efficiency
Maintain supplier database and procurement documentation
Manage inventory levels and update IMS on a daily basis
Coordinate stock replenishment across main and sub-warehouses
Conduct quality checks on procured materials
Support finance team with invoicing, contracts, and payments
Assist with internal and external audits
Prepare quotations and monitor project costs and margins
Coordinate with operations and site teams for material planning
Manage petty cash related to procurement and vehicle maintenance
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in procurement or inventory (HVAC/contracting preferred)
Visa 18 (Ahli – transferable)
Able to join after 3 months
Valid Civil ID and Passport
English language is mandatory
Urdu and Arabic are an advantage
Driving License preferred (not mandatory)

Work Details:
📍 Location: Maliya, Kuwait
🕗 Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
📅 Friday Off
