We are seeking an experienced Multi-Unit Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations and ensure consistent performance, quality, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise multiple branches
* Ensure operational consistency and quality standards
* Monitor performance, sales, and cost control
* Support and guide branch managers and staff
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing multiple units / branches
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and travel between locations
* Operations or F&B experience is an advantage
Salary:
💰 KD 600 – 700 (based on experience)
