✔ VISA: Regular Ahli Visa
✔ Arabic fluency
✔ EXPERIENCE: 5+ YEARS LOCALLY IN KUWAIT, MUST HAVE WORKED IN A LAUNDRY FACILITY
✔ BENEFITS:As per Kuwait Labor Law
✔ WORKING HOURS: 8 Hours + 1 Hour Break | 6 Days/Week
✔ JOINING: Immediate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
✔ Supervise daily operations of the Central Laundry
✔ Ensure proper washing, drying, ironing, and finishing of all linen and garments
✔ Monitor quality standards and ensure timely delivery of laundry items
✔ Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in line with policies
✔ Ensure correct use and maintenance of laundry equipment and chemicals
✔ Manage staff scheduling, productivity, and performance
✔ Train and guide laundry staff on procedures and best practices
✔ Control inventory of linen, chemicals, and supplies
✔ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
✔ Coordinate with other departments to meet operational requirements
