We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can effectively handle customer queries and provide technical assistance.
Experience Required
Maximum 2 years of experience in customer support or a related role
Required Skills
Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of SQL (queries, data checking)
Basic understanding of .NET applications
Ability to understand and troubleshoot application-related issues
Responsibilities
Handle customer support requests via phone, email, or ticketing systems
Assist customers with application-related issues
Perform basic SQL checks when required
Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution
Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction
Preferred Candidate
Good communication skills (English required)
Willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
