URGENT REQUIREMENT – PURCHASE ASSISTANT (CONSTRUCTION)

Job Description:

We are urgently looking for an experienced Purchase Assistant for our construction projects in Kuwait. The candidate should have hands-on experience in construction material procurement and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Purchase Manager in day-to-day purchasing activities
• Prepare LPOs, PRs, quotations comparison, and purchase reports
• Source construction materials (Civil, MEP, tools, consumables)
• Coordinate with local suppliers and vendors in Kuwait
• Follow up on material delivery schedules to site
• Ensure quality, quantity, and timely delivery of materials
• Maintain purchase records and stock documentation
• Coordinate with site engineers and storekeepers
• Handle urgent and site-based purchase requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years experience in construction purchasing
• Good knowledge of Kuwait construction market & suppliers
• Familiar with ERP / Excel / MS Office
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines


• Valid Kuwait residency (Transferable visa preferred)
• Good communication skills (English mandatory, Arabic is an advantage)
