Immediate joining Sr. HR Officer : Flower Company ( Hawally )
Responsible for supporting HR, administrative, and legal functions, including employee records, payroll coordination, recruitment, onboarding, policy compliance, office administration, and legal documentation. Ensures accurate record-keeping, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with the Legal Department.
-Prepare employment contracts and offer letters
-Maintain accurate employee records and HR files
-Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and benefits
-Handle employee confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits
-Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
-Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
-Manage recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring
-Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
Experience in Admin work and Legal
-Manage office supplies, equipment, and asset records
-Maintain a database of contracts and legal documents
-Handle company registrations, licenses, permits, and renewals
-Prepare legal notices, responses, and case documentation
-Ensure confidentiality and proper legal record-keeping
-Preparing official correspondence and following up on tasks handled by the Legal Department.
Basic Salary: 400-450 KD
Qualifications & Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree
-5+ years experience in an HR role (adjust as needed)
-Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

-Organizational and time-management skills
-Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
-Proficiency in MS Office
