🚨 Immediate Hiring | HR Officer – Kuwait 🚨

We are currently seeking a qualified HR Officer who can join immediately.

Job Requirements:

🔹 Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
🔹 Female candidates preferred
🔹 6-8 years of experience
🔹 Must hold Article 18 – Transferable Visa
🔹 Immediate availability is mandatory

Hands-on Experience Required in:

✔️ Development and implementation of HR Policies & Procedures
✔️ Performance Appraisal processes
✔️ Employee Relations management
✔️ Organizational Chart development
✔️ Payroll processing, compliance, and salary structures
✔️ Compensation & Benefits administration
✔️ End-of-Service settlement procedures
✔️ Experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred
✔️ Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law
