We’re Hiring | Brand Executive Chef – Kuwaiti Cuisine

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Brand Executive Chef to drive and elevate the culinary experience of authentic Kuwaiti cuisine. This role is ideal for a culinary leader who understands local flavors, heritage recipes, and modern execution while maintaining consistency across outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the culinary vision and brand standards for Kuwaiti cuisine across all outlets
- Develop, standardize, and innovate menus while preserving authenticity
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste across locations
- Train, mentor, and develop kitchen teams
- Oversee food costing, inventory control, and kitchen operations
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and leadership teams

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Brand Chef within Kuwaiti or traditional Middle Eastern cuisine
- Strong knowledge of Kuwaiti ingredients, flavors, and cooking techniques
- Experience managing multiple outlets or concepts is highly preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Strong commercial awareness with a focus on cost control and efficiency
- Based in Kuwait or open to relocation
