Store Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Store Supervisor to manage daily store operations and delivery coordination for our medical company in Kuwait, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily store and warehouse operations and staff activities
• Manage inventory, stock control, and product availability
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of medical and pharmaceutical items in compliance with regulations
• Control and coordinate deliveries to customers, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies
• Verify delivery orders, dispatch schedules, and documentation accuracy
• Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to ensure timely and correct deliveries
• Monitor returned goods, delivery discrepancies, and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records, delivery logs, and inventory reports
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the store

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Store Supervisor or Storekeeper in a medical or pharmaceutical company
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, delivery coordination, and stock systems
• Ability to supervise staff, drivers, and daily operations
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
