We are currently looking for a Cost Controller to join our expanding team.

Position: Cost Controller

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and control food & beverage costs to ensure budget compliance
Analyze inventory, purchases, and wastage to optimize cost efficiency
Prepare cost reports, variance analysis, and support management with accurate data
Coordinate with purchasing, kitchen, and operations teams
Ensure proper cost control procedures and documentation are followed

Requirements:

Proven F&B experience is mandatory
Strong knowledge of cost control and inventory management
Ready to join immediately
Valid Visa 18 (Ahli)
