• Oversee and manage HR operations, policies, and procedures
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations initiatives
• Support performance management, training, and development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Act as a strategic partner to management on HR-related matters

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Proven experience as an HR Officer or Senior HR professional
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• HR qualification or relevant degree preferred
• Immediate Joiners only
• Must have transferable iqama
