Position Café Assistant

Type: Full-time

A major restaurant company looking for a café assistant to support daily operations during service hours also help maintain a warm, welcoming experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:-

• Assist with serving pastries and drinks
• Support the barista during busy hours .
• Handle customers at the point of sale (POS)
• Help with cleaning, organizing, and restocking
• Maintain the overall look and feel of the space

Requirements : -
* Minimum experience :3 years in the restaurant industry

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational
skills.
* Ability to analyse guest feedback, identify trends, and
propose meaningful action plans.
* Must speak fluent English; additional languages may be
preferred.
* Strong computer skills
