General Representative

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused General Representative to support daily operations in the Rental Business Department. The role involves client coordination, contract handling, documentation, and operational follow-up to ensure smooth rental processes and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding rental inquiries and services.
- Assist in preparing, processing, and renewing rental agreements and related documentation.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery and return of rental assets.
- Follow up on quotations, approvals, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of rental contracts, client data, and asset movement.
- Support billing, invoicing, and collection follow-ups in coordination with the finance team.
- Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and escalate when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, rental terms, and procedures.
- Perform general administrative and coordination duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Qualified secondary (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in rental business, Representative, or administrative roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of contracts, documentation, and office procedures.
- Proficient in Arabic & English to Read and Write.
- Knowledge of rental operations or asset management is an advantage.
