*Job Description*
We are looking for a skilled and meticulous Fashion Merchandiser to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fabric sourcing, supplier management, and merchandising, with a keen eye for market trends and quality standards.

*Key Responsibilities*
1. Select suppliers, fabrics, and materials while ensuring quality meets brand standards
2. Negotiate prices, target costs, quantities, and manage purchase orders
3. Read and review technical packs with the design department before supplier release
4. Prepare and communicate pattern, fitting, color, and fabric quality comments with designers to suppliers
5. Review product testing laboratory reports and approve as per company standards
6. Coordinate production and resolve issues with designers and management
7. Track orders and timelines, coordinating with logistics to ensure timely delivery
8. Analyze market trends and support buying and merchandising decisions
