Job Opportunity: Female HR Officer / Senior HR Officer (Arab Nationality)

A well-established and reputable salon is seeking to appoint a Female HR Officer / Senior HR Officer to join its professional team.

Position Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting all human resources functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures

Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and internal regulations

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Provide HR support to management and staff as required

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Human Resources

Experience within the salon, beauty, or hospitality sector is preferred

Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor law compliance

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

High level of professionalism and confidentiality
