* Job Announcement | Operations Manager – Oil & Gas
An oil and gas company announces its desire to appoint a highly qualified Operations Manager to lead operations and achieve the highest levels of operational safety and efficiency.

* Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing operations within the oil and gas sector
- Valid PMP certification or proven experience in PMO, portfolio management, and projects
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards and safety regulations adopted in the oil sector
- Experience in process optimization, risk management, and cost control
- High leadership ability in managing multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in operational reporting and performance measurement (KPIs)
- Proficiency in Arabic and English

* Main Tasks:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of oil sites and projects
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental (HSE) standards
- Lead and implement plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Managing operational projects and following up on implementation according to schedules and budgets
- Coordinating with the engineering, technical, and financial departments to achieve strategic goals.
- Submit periodic reports and recommendations to senior management
