📍 Location: Al Seedawi Food Industries – Kuwait
🏭 Industry: FMCG (Food & Beverage)

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate with 1–2 years of experience to support our sales operations, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is proactive, presentable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products
-Achieve individual and team sales targets
-Maintain proper product display, merchandising, and stock arrangement
-Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
-Ensure shelves are stocked, clean, and well-organised
-Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for stock replenishment
-Follow company policies, sales procedures, and hygiene standards

Requirements:
-High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
-1–2 years of experience as a Sales Associate / Retail Sales Executive
-Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage)
-Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
-Basic knowledge of POS systems
-Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required
-Presentable, energetic, and goal-driven attitude
