Join one of Kuwait's leading real estate companies! We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our team.

Requirements:
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Excellent relationship management and negotiation abilities.
Solid understanding of the leasing market and real estate sector. 1-2 years of experience, preferably with a major retail landlord or real estate group.
A valid driving license is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Secure leasing deals in alignment with the company's leasing plan and financial targets.
Implement leasing strategies as per the business plan and company policies.
Identify potential clients, present company projects, negotiate terms, and close lease agreements.
Conduct daily meetings and site visits with potential tenants.
