We are seeking a Dental Assistant Manager to join our team in Kuwait.
🦷 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage dental assistants and support staff
- Coordinate daily clinic/laboratory operations and schedules
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sterilization standards
- Train, guide, and evaluate staff performance
- Introduce new ideas, systems, and strategies to improve efficiency

✅ Requirements
Male applicants only
Arab nationality
2–4 years of experience in dental assisting (supervisory experience is a plus)
Strong multitasking and leadership skills
Ability to contribute innovative ideas and operational strategies
