🌟 Role Overview
The Purchase In-Charge will oversee end-to-end procurement of New/Existing Brand Listing, health products.
You will play a critical role in ensuring:
Continuous product availability
Regulatory and quality compliance
Strategic supplier management
Cost efficiency and supply chain optimization
Weekly/Monthly Brief about the Action Plan Vs Actual Plan
Process Orientation
If you have experience in Health Supplements, Distributor, pharmaceutical or Retail health products, you will excel in this role.
🛒 Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute purchasing strategies for supplements, Brand Partnership.
Process Documentation of Purchasing
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
Ensure compliance with GMP, health regulations, and documentation requirements (CoA, MSDS, etc.).
Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing stock-outs and expiry risks.
Coordinate with Marketing, Regulatory, Operations, and Finance on procurement workflows.
Track supplier performance and maintain an approved vendor list.
Manage costs through strategic negotiation and total cost optimization.
Oversee purchase orders, delivery tracking, and logistics coordination.
Support new product development and product launches with timely material procurement.

OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery rate: 92–96%
Stock-out rate: <6%
Annual procurement savings: 4–8%
Documentation compliance: 100%
Supplier scorecard performance: ≥85%
Near-expiry inventory: <1.5%
PR-to-PO cycle time: <48 hours
🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Pharmacy, or related field.
5+ years of experience in procurement—preferably in supplements, distributor, pharmaceutical, or Retail Health Supplements.
Strong understanding of GMP, health regulations, and quality documentation.
Proven negotiation and supplier management experience.
Excellent analytical and multi-tasking skills.
ERP experience (SAP, ZOHO Inventory, Odoo, etc.) is a must.
