QUALIFIED KUWAITI LAWYER REQUIRED
For a leading Automobile Company, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Lawyer to join our team and support the organization with comprehensive legal services.

Role & Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic legal advisory services to management and business units
* Monitor and advise on legal and regulatory developments and their impact on operations
* Represent the company before Kuwaiti Courts, Kuwait Municipality, Ministry of Interior (Traffic & Fines), Ministry of Planning, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, PAM, PACI, and other government authorities
* Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts and legal documentation
* Ensure full compliance with Kuwaiti commercial, labor, and corporate laws

Requirements:
* Kuwaiti Nationals only
* Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized institution
* Minimum 5 years of legal practice in Kuwait
* Strong knowledge of Kuwaiti commercial, labor, and corporate laws
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters
