Role Description
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist role is a full-time on-site role. As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. Your tasks will include designing and configuring solutions, providing technical guidance and support to users, managing system integrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize D365 F&O using X++ and extension-based architecture.
- Build integrations with internal systems, Power Platform, Azure services, AI connectors, and third-party applications.
- Enhance workflows, automate processes, and improve system performance across the group.
- Support day-to-day technical operations, troubleshoot issues, and deploy fixes across multiple legal entities.
- Participate in solution design, technical documentation, and environment management (LCS, pipelines, deployments).
- Work closely with our business teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in D365 F&O development.
• Strong command of X++, OData, custom services, integrations, and extensions.
• Experience with Finance and SCM modules; HR and Retail are a plus.
• Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, Azure DevOps, and SQL Server is an advantage.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment with complex workflows.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
