We’re Hiring – Senior IT Executive / Senior IT & Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior IT professional to lead and manage our organization’s IT infrastructure, software systems, website development, and programming requirements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring system stability, security, and continuous digital improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and servers.

Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.

Design, develop, maintain, and optimize company websites and web applications.

Handle programming and system development tasks aligned with business needs.

Ensure data security, system backups, and IT compliance standards.

Manage domains, hosting, email servers, and software licenses.

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external consultants.

Maintain IT policies, documentation, and asset management.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior IT staff (if applicable).

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 5–7 years of relevant IT experience (or as specified).

Strong expertise in hardware & software systems, networking, and IT operations.

Proven experience in website development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS, frameworks).

Solid programming knowledge in Python, PHP, Java, C#, or similar languages.

Experience with databases, server administration, and system integration.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
