Job Opportunity in Kuwait – Senior .NET Programmer

I’m currently hiring for a government institution in Kuwait for a highly skilled Senior .NET Programmer. Fluency in Arabic (spoken and reading) is required.

Role: Senior .NET Programmer
Location: Kuwait (Government Institution)
Experience: Minimum 5 years with ASP.NET
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Solid expertise in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET 6 (WebApi)
Experience with SQL Server and DB2 databases
Proficient in Entity Framework / EF Core
Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, REST API, and SOAP web services
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis & Design (OOA/OOD) and UML
Systems Administration skills for IIS
Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, RDLC, or similar
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
