Warehouse Operations Manager
Location: Kuwait
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 1 day off

Role Overview:
The Warehouse Operations Manager will oversee warehouse activities, focusing on inventory management and team leadership, with an emphasis on FMCG, particularly frozen items and high SKU volumes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory control and stock levels to optimize storage and minimize waste.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare performance metrics and reports for management, focusing on inventory trends and SKU management.

Qualifications:
- Experience in FMCG, particularly with frozen goods and high SKU management, is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Indian Candidates are preferred and should be under 45 years of age.
