We’re Hiring | Business Development Manager (BDM) – Oil & Gas (Kuwait)

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with 10+ years of proven experience to drive business growth and strengthen our market presence within the Oil & Gas sector in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities
. Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.
. Strengthen market position and expand existing brands
Identify and develop new business opportunities across upstream, midstream, downstream, EPC, and Oil & Gas services.
. Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and acquire new clients (E&P companies, contractors, OEMs).
. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
. Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
. Support contract negotiations, MSAs, and long-term agreements
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
. Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to expand solutions and services.
. Track sales performance and report using CRM tools.

Requirements
. Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the Oil & Gas / Energy sector.
. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
. Strong understanding of Oil & Gas services, engineering, and EPC environments.
. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
. Transferable residency in Kuwait.
. Valid driving license
