We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Supervisor / Fleet Operations to lead and optimize our fleet operations within the F&B industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing drivers, monitoring fleet performance, ensuring compliance, and maintaining operational excellence across all vehicle-related functions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead, supervise, and support company drivers to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Review and analyze fuel consumption reports to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement and maintain the company’s Vehicle Policy, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Monitor delivery performance and ensure drivers meet MOQ requirements.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, servicing schedules, and breakdown management.
• Utilize GPS tracking systems to monitor routes, delivery timelines, and driver behavior.
• Manage the full vehicle handover/handoff process, including inspections and documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and management teams to support business needs.

🔹 Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 2–4+ years of experience in fleet management, preferably within the F&B or retail sector.
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, fleet safety standards, and operational compliance.
• Proven experience managing drivers and handling daily operational challenges.
• Proficiency in fleet management systems, GPS tracking software, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual (Arabic & English) is an advantage.
