Position : Timekeeper
Requirements:
# Bachelor's degree (Higher Education Qualification).
# Minimum of 03 years in timekeeping or related administrative roles.
# Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
# Good communication and coordination skills
# Arab Nationals / Maximum 35 years old.
Key Responsibilities
# Monitor and manage employee attendance, overtime, and related records using approved systems and procedures
# Prepare and process employee administrative documents (Leave – Extension – Return – Work Permission – Absence – Transfer – Salary Certificate – Residence Renewal – Clearance, etc.) accurately and on time.
# Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports.
# Update and track project manpower data in coordination with the Project Manager.
# Coordinates employee relations activities.
