We’re Hiring #Area_Manager – Retail (Fashion)

Location: Kuwait

Armada Retail is looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee and drive the performance of our fashion retail stores across Kuwait. This role is ideal for a strong leader with hands-on retail management experience and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores

Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs and targets

Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and teams

Ensure excellent customer experience and brand standards

Manage VM execution, stock control, and operational compliance

Analyze sales reports and implement action plans for improvement


Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion retail management

Minimum 1 year of experience in the same role (Area Manager)

Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English (Arab preferred)

Strong background in store operations, customer service, VM, stock control, and people management

Proven ability to analyze sales, manage KPIs, and lead high-performing teams

Solid knowledge of MS Office and POS systems

Bachelor’s degree or advanced qualification

Transferable visa and currently based in Kuwait
