Educator - Academy (Hairdresser Education Program (Salon))

Role Summary

Planning, Managing, and improving the academic programs of the academy, ensuring high-quality teaching, curriculum delivery, and student outcomes.

Leads hairdressing education programs, ensuring all training is aligned with the brand identity, values, and techniques, while working closely with salon partners (Hairdressers) and the sales representatives to support
product knowledge and commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and manage hairdressing training programs aligned with brand standards
* Ensure education supports product knowledge and sales strategies
* Collaborate with sales representatives to align training with market needs
* Train and evaluate educators and salon trainers
* Maintain consistent, high-quality education across salons

Requirements

* Professional background in hairdressing and salon education
* Experience aligning education with brand and sales objectives
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Native Arabic speakers preferred
