1. Sales & Business Development Engineer

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
3-5 years of experience in industrial sales, business development, or engineering (preferably in Oil & Gas, Power, or
Fluent in English.
Strong technical knowledge of Fabrication and erection.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Self driven , talent oriented and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems.
Knowledgeable in tendering, pre-qualification processes, and EPC industry practices.
Familiarity with industrial fabrication, steel structures, or piping is a plus.
Valid Kuwait driving license.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
