🔸 Job Descriptions

1️⃣ Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple F&B branches
Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L review, and reconciliations
Oversee AP/AR, supplier statements, and bank reconciliations
Ensure compliance with Kuwait regulations and internal financial policies
Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
Coordinate with auditors, operations, and management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
5–7 years accounting experience within the F&B sector
Strong knowledge of cost allocation, inventory, and multi-branch operations
Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage
Experience with accounting systems (Xero/ERP preferred)

2️⃣ Accountant

Responsibilities:

Record daily financial transactions for all outlets
Handle invoices, petty cash, expenses, and reconciliations
Support payroll, month-end closing, and ledger maintenance
Coordinate with store teams for daily sales and inventory reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
2–4 years experience (F&B experience required)
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage

3️⃣ Cost Controller

Responsibilities:

Monitor food cost, wastage, consumption, and variances across outlets
Review menu costing, recipe standards, and supplier pricing
Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy
Work closely with chefs, procurement & operations to maintain cost efficiency
Recommend improvements to reduce cost and enhance controls
Requirements:
Proven experience in F&B cost control
Strong analytical and costing knowledge
Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage
