Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Civil Engineering

3-5 years experience in field coordination or construction coordination

Valid Kuwaiti driving license

Responsibilities
Preparing and managing daily project installation plans and schedules

Visit sites regularly and submit progress reports

Coordination of internal teams and technical briefings

Management of materials, scaffolding, and installation tools

Communicating with customers about updates, delays, and changes professionally

Skills
Mastering AutoCAD

Strong Excel skills for tracking, spreadsheets, and reports

Excellent communication skills in Arabic (preferred) and English

High organizational capacity and meticulous follow-up

The ability to manage multiple projects under pressure

Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
