Job Title: Sales & Customer Service Officer – Beauty Company (Internal & Outbound)

About the Job

A beauty company in Hawalli is looking for a professional sales employee to work on sales, customer service, and collection, with the ability to work internally and externally according to the needs of the company.

🎯 Tasks and Responsibilities
• Manage daily sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Respond to customers via phone and WhatsApp professionally.
• Conducting external visits to customers and stores.
• Follow up on requests from inquiry to delivery.
• Accurately manage collections.
• Build long customer relationships and VIP dealing.
• Coordinate orders with the warehouse and drivers.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
• Data entry into the company's systems (CRM – POS – Shopify).
• Use CRM to follow up with customers — Zoho CRM expertise is preferred.
• Use LLMs (such as ChatGPT) to write messages, improve communication, organize data, and improve customer service.
• Understand the products and provide appropriate recommendations to the customer.

🧠 Requirements
• A bachelor's degree is a prerequisite.
• Experience in sales or customer service (preferably in the field of cosmetology).
• High communication skills and excellent persuasion ability.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Ability to use CRM systems — preferably Zoho CRM.
• Proficiency in the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to accomplish tasks and organize work.
• An organized personality that withstands work pressure.
• It is preferable to have a driving license and a car due to overseas work.
