WE ARE HIRING – PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT (R&D) SPECIALIST
Kindly Note :We are hiring locally in kuwait only-Local visa transfer -Regular Visa 18

FOR A LEADING CHOCOLATE BRAND IN KUWAIT

📍 Location: Kuwait City
🕒 8 hours/day | 6 days/week (Saturday half day)
📄 As per Kuwait Labour Law

Job Role
✔ Develop new flavors and innovative products aligned with the company’s vision
✔ Improve taste, texture, nutritional value, and labeling of existing products
✔ Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
✔ Research food trends and innovations in healthy chocolate & protein bars
✔ Enhance product shelf life while maintaining quality
✔ Evaluate production machines, tools, and processes for better efficiency
✔ Conduct consumer research and surveys for continuous improvement
✔ Work with the Head Chef to reduce wastage through optimized formulations
✔ Coordinate with Supply Chain to source and test improved raw materials
✔ Inspect raw material quality and ensure compliance
✔ Lead processes for ISO, HACCP certifications and product patents
✔ Update and improve product labels with accurate and health-focused information

Requirements
✔ Bachelor's in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field
✔ Minimum 3 years' experience in food product development or R&D
✔ Strong knowledge of formulation, ingredients, and sensory evaluation
✔ Experience in market research and competitor analysis
✔ Familiarity with ISO / HACCP and food safety standards
✔ Strong analytical, research, and project management skills
✔ Creativity and passion for healthy product innovation
✔ Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
