Job Title: IT Support Officer

Responsibilities:
- Handle technology requests from staff.
- Attend to minor repairs.
- Guide staff in using new systems in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain IT support software to track call logs and generate statistical reports.


- Ensure all technical operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on operations or infrastructure practical experience.
- Strong knowledge of educational technology tools and system management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
